Liquid crystal devices based on transparent conductive Aluminum doped Zinc Oxide films

Here we demonstrate highly conductive and transparent Aluminum Zinc Oxide (AZO) thin films combined with liquid crystal (LC) mater for application related to light intensity and phase modulation. Comparison between proposed device and conventional ITO based device is made.

Anti-reflection films made by means of graded index mesoporous silica materials
